房間衞生特別差都不説，住幾天從來不換被子，而且前台服務差得要死，哪天下雨，他們前台拿着傘，我説我出去買點東西，結果前台説沒有，他們自己要用，然後到底二天續房的時候都還沒有到退房時間，就一直追着問我們給錢，正常退房時間不是2點嗎？而且房間裏面有一股死老鼠的味道，前台一副高高在上的樣子，無語

環境差的無法形容，被套是不僅是臟的，還是壞的，房間裏面都是灰塵，沒有熱水，説是幫我們調，但是一直都是冷水，服務態度還不好，隔音效果超級差，還説安靜，在房間都能聽到前台收銀的聲音，真的無語，凌晨兩點三點外面都吵鬧的很，直接睡不好，沒有一點服務意識，要求換房間還説沒房，別人來現訂就有，衞生寡差，消防設施沒有，訂的雙人，洗漱用品都只有一套，真的無語咯
