The main entrance of the hotel is behind the parking lot and is not easy to find. Many appliances in the hall were not functioning properly either. These problems are not big. It was more than three hours after the check-out time when we arrived and we were still told that we need to wait for the room to be cleaned. The hotel front desk staff did not express any response and even a basic apology was reluctant. After repeated urging, the room we were given was still wet on the floor and had a strong smell. The smell lasted throughout my stay and didn't dissipate until I left the next day. There were stains on the bed sheets and the walls of the room were stained with mold. The room was damp and old, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from downstairs in the middle of the night.
