Browns Boutique Hotel
4.5/520 Reviews
The hotel is not big, but the room is very large, very warm, on the hillside, because it is a temporary reservation, the price is a little expensive, reminding everyone that the property is tight here, so be sure to book in advance, the service staff is very enthusiastic, next time Check in.
Eichardt's Private Hotel

Charming hotel in the middle of everything in Queenstown. Exceptional customer service from checkin to dining. While it’s a busy area, the room was quiet at night. We had a lake view suite and it was well worth it. Spacious, cozy and comfortable. I was able to use a gym nearby using a hotel voucher which was convenient. We booked massages through the hotel. Mine was wonderful but unfortunately my husband’s therapist seemed to be inexperienced and he felt like it was a waste of time and money. I did specify experienced therapists in advance so unsure I would recommend unless you know you’ll get Michelle (mine). Would absolutely return and refer everyone there.
Marina Apartments - Element Escapes

Absolutely incredible unit! Everything was thought of and the unit was spacious and located just steps from the lake front. We couldn’t fault it! Washing machine and dryer, drying racks, dishwasher and all liquids provided as well as all the mod cons! The service was amazing! A great welcome basket and always easy to reach in a moments notice via WhatsApp. Will definitely be where we stay going forward! :) Thanks element escapes for making our holiday one to remember!
The Carlin Boutique Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carlin Boutique Hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Patrick, who turned out to be an exceptional host throughout my stay. Patrick’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, providing fantastic recommendations for local dining and activities, and even arranging transportation when needed. His knowledge of the area and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my visit. The hotel itself is charming, the balcony has the magnificent view of Queenstown and beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, boutique charm. My room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, including the complimentary breakfast, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. I highly recommend Carlin Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and personalized experience. Thanks to Patrick and the wonderful staff, my stay was memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future!
Highview Apartments
4.3/579 Reviews
In the middle of the mountain, it may not be as convenient as the frontage hotel, the suites are furnished, the balcony faces the lake, and the scenery is very good. Don't save money and book a room without a lake view. The only downside is that you have to walk 10-20 minutes without going to the pier and the town center. It’s hard to go back to the hotel during the winter night.
Blue Peaks Apartments

The things that I liked about this accommodation was its proximity to the city centre (walkable to everywhere), the well equipped kitchen which we used to cook several meals, the 2 bathrooms included in the 2 bedroom apartment and the fact there was a washer and dryer. The apartment building itself is quite 'higgle-piggle'. Lots of stairs and we felt quite overlooked wherever we were. The balconies are all right next to one and other and if others are out there it feels quite awkward as you are about 3 meters from the neighbours conversations. Both bedrooms backed onto a walkway to other peoples apartments which resulted in loud voices straight past where we were all sleeping early in the morning and late at night when others were coming and going. If the blinds were open at all everyone could see straight into the bedroom. The apartment was also extremely hot in the afternoons with no fans or air con supplied (on day 2 we did request a fan and it was promptly brought to us). But one small pedestal fan really didn't help for 5 people. There was also A LOT of partying going on while we were there... it was the week after Christmas so i get people are celebrating but with 3 young kids it was VERY noisy. There is no onsite reception and the offsite reception is only in the day so we really just had to suffer through screaming and swearing etc for hours of the night. Overall, our stay was mostly fine and if i didnt have small kids I probably would have rated it better but for a family stay I would personally choose somewhere else in the future.
