The location is great.
The rooms is not clean at all, the towels they provide should replace a new one, it looks like a rag. So if you're going to stay here better to bring your own towels. The aircondition also needs a replacement, I can't sleep at all because of the noise its making.

The property was not properly maintained. Dirty floors and towels were already colored gray because of multiple laundry times, you need to replace it with new ones. The lobby was a little bit dark.
There's a limited parking space on 2nd flr, you need to be early so that they can give you slots else, goodl uck with the parking problem on Timog area.

Very satisfied with the housing experience, clean and tidy, very convenient for eating and shopping around, very cost-effective, suitable for business trips, the service is very polite and enthusiastic, I will stay here again next time
