The bed is very hard! Sleeping on concrete would have been softer.
The room is nice, everything works well, excellent hot water and pressure, property is very nice with ocean view. The wifi works well. Upon check-in i was given a dinner meal voucher for 500,000 Dong ($20 usd), i looked at tje menu and never used. My room came with free breakfast, i went the first morning, did not return again, not worth going to the free breakfast!!
Hotel should be rated 4 stars at most.
The staff are very nice and helpful.
