Zur angegebenen Uhrzeit für den frühesten Check-in um 15 Uhr war nur ein Terminal verfügbar, dass mit der ********** Reiseplannr. nichts anzufangen wusste und auf die Reservierungsnummer bestand.
Die FAQ‘s waren Zeitverschwendung.
Der Chatbot von ********** erkannte das Problem auch nach umformulieren mehrfach nicht. Eine Telefonnummer war nicht zu finden.
Irgendwo war ein Link zum Chat mit einer Person. Hat ein bisschen gedauert aber dort habe ich die richtige Nummer bekommen.
Ab 17:00h war dann ein Mitarbeiter präsent.
Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben.

Wir bräuchten für einen Verwandtschaftsbesuch in der Umgebung ein günstiges Hotel ohne Frühstück und das haben wir im Ibis Budget Hotel in Quickborn gefunden. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme im Hotel durch den Chef persönlich. Kleines, aber sehr funktionales Zimmer, in dem man für 2 Übernachtungen gut klar kommt. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit fester Matratze, wie es mein Rücken benötigt. Das Zimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Alles tip-top!

Ich war hier während einer Geschäftsreise. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind ok. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt. Der Verkehr, der Autobahn war zu hören, aber nicht störend laut. Vor, hinter und neben dem Hotel gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Ich habe aber, in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, mein Auto an der öffentlichen Ladesäule über Nacht geladen. Ein Einkaufs-Center und ein Baumarkt sind ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für die Obergeschosse gibt es keinen Aufzug. Ich werde sicherlich noch öfters hier übernachten.

The receptionist was rude when we arrived, the rooms are tiny, the beds are hard, there were black hairs in the bed and on the remote and what appeared to be blood stains on wall. So all in all pretty bad, but it was cheap and located near the Autobahn.

I stayed here for 1 night in September 2022. I slept well here. I had a room facing the backyard parking area so it was quiet, no road noise. The room was clean. I Choose to stay here instead og central Hamburg, which is only 20 minute drive away.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest Ibis Budget I've visited by now. Nice and clean room, good beds and pillows, good and enough breakfast. We usually use Ibis for overnight stays, and this did exactly what needed. Thanks for the good stay!

Came late in the evening so the reception was closed. No problem at all the selfservice check-in was very easy. Stayed here to avoid the morning traffic around Hamburg going north the next day for this the location is perfect just of the motorway. Rooms are simple but you have everything you need
