excelente hotel y full servicio destaco la calidad humana de los colaboradores muy buen servicio de restaurante comida variada nos toco una habitación bastante grande y con todas las comodidades el aseo fue muy puntual el poder visitar el hotel las heliconias nos dio la posibilidad de conocerlo y utilizar sus instalaciones

Me pareció el colmo que llegué una hora y 20 minutos antes del check in y estando habitaciones disponibles, me obligaron a pagar una manilla de 46.000 si quería tener antes mi habitación. La niña que me atendió incluso llamó a su jefe que ratificó que esa era la decisión. Pagué porque necesitaba recibir la habitación, pero me pareció una medida absurda. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, pero ese momento incómodo amargó toda la experiencia.

Visite el lugar con mi familia y me gusto mucho. Ya había venido hace unos años atrás y se tona que han mejorado y avanzado. Personal muy amable. Hotel amigable con la naturaleza y ambiente. Comida variada buena atención habitaciones limpias y cómoda. Las actividades son super y variadas. Jos divertimos mucho y aprovechamos todo en la estadía. Solo me hizo falta que tuvieran disponibilidad de aromáticas de frutas picadas o de panela para quienes no tomamos café.

Excelente paseo con mi esposa.la pasamos excelente nos encanta el hotel la atención tan especial de todos los funcionarios.en especial el señor Pedro holguin gerente del hotel y el señor Diego Correa subgerente.los empleados de la recepción.el comedor son super atentos al igual que los encargados de animación.los cuartos son excelentes y la comida muy buena no me cansaré de visitar el hotel Panaca.la calificación que le doy es de el espero volver muy pronto.un abrazo para todas esas personas tan especiales.

Do not stay here - building 4 is a nightmare given its proximity to the electrical and water treatment plant. The noise is unbearable and it lasted all night until 8:30 am. And their pool towel policy is ludicrous.

El hotel es bueno, sin embargo la actitud de algunas personas no era la mejor, por ejemplo en restaurante. Los snacks poco variados y una sola persona para atender todo el hotel, hay que hacer más fila que en crepes & waffles. Destaco la actitud de los botones y recepción. El Spa regular, el restaurante rico la comida, pero malo el servicio.
