設施陳舊，浴缸還是壞的，衞生間有一股臭味，床是硬的，硌腰，毛巾換洗不及時，叫了半天都不給送上來，一個毛巾用了兩天。

環境很好，涼爽安靜。空氣也不錯，比起曲靖市區空氣好一萬倍。
硬件設施整體不錯，但是服務狀態有點農家院的感覺，整體沒跟上。不過好在人都還熱情樸實。
房門上的安全鏈裝倒了，紗窗門也安裝的不合尺寸，好在晚上温度低，沒有蚊子，睡的還挺香的。
可以長期旅居住，包三餐。
不過吃了兩頓，整體感覺主廚的技術一般般。
有不少退休長者在這避暑旅居。
