This trip to Quzhou Hanting Hotel's Shuitingmen Scenic Area branch was an absolute delight, deserving a five-star rating! The service was exceptionally attentive; the self-service check-in process was incredibly efficient, taking only 30 seconds – even those with social anxiety could easily manage. The front desk staff, Ms. Du Xiangxiang, were warm, professional, and provided exceptionally attentive service. My takeout order was quickly delivered to my door by a robot – contactless and incredibly convenient. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, completely exceeding my expectations. The rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Hygiene details were meticulously maintained; towels and bath towels were individually packaged, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. I felt refreshed and comfortable after showering. There's also a tea area on the first floor, and coffee is available. The location is impeccable, a true gem of accommodation near the attractions! It's just a few minutes' walk to the Shuitingmen Scenic Area, and very close to the IFS shopping mall, night market, and Confucius Temple, saving you time and effort during the day and night. The surrounding area also boasts a full range of dining and shopping options. It's rare to find a hotel with such a high cost-performance ratio. I'll definitely choose Hanting again for my next trip, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

一個人出差來住，定了大床房，房間不大但是很有日本酒店的意思了，非常緊湊且實用，適合商務出差，沒帶大行李，就一個背包，洗手枱和馬桶、淋雨三分間，馬桶是感應自動沖水的，但不是智能馬桶，也夠用了，淋浴花灑很好用，浴液、洗髮液對於男士足夠，屋內充電插座設定合理、燈光控制便捷。一層有洗衣乾衣機，大堂公共空間有很多卡座，且桌面有電源插座，12點退房後在那兒坐了一小時辦公服務員還給端了杯水，一層還有各種尺寸的免費的行李寄存櫃，適合帶着箱子來出差的人退房後臨時出去逛逛的人。早餐也算中規中矩，品種沒有浪費但能適合大多數人的胃口。

I stayed here for six days during the Spring Festival. The warmth was very good and the mattress was so comfortable that I had a good rest for a week. The special breakfast during the Spring Festival is very local and does not taste as salty as the local ones. The children enjoyed eating it every day. The washer and dryer is brand new, so you can use it with confidence. LG's dryer is fast and easy to use. It can dry in 20 minutes without damaging the clothes. Many Hanting hotels may not have this machine. The treadmill is also new, lightweight, easy to use and safe. The design and service of the lobby are similar to those of a five-star hotel, which is very cost-effective! I will definitely come here again next time. There are many interesting places in Quzhou.

Overall good, the front desk service is very warm, will not chat like other hotels, very quiet and tidy, will take the initiative to pour tea. The room has a good view and can see the river view. The bathroom toilet is slightly lacking in hygiene. There are small flying insects. The toilet urine smell is heavy. There is also this hotel breakfast bread that will never eat the first and last two pieces. I always thought I was lucky. Later, one day, I found that the boiled noodles aunt had a poached egg and eaten it. There is also the strange cry of um ah ah ah in the corridor of this hotel at noon, mostly women.
