I recently stayed at Regina Hotel, and I was quite disappointed with the staff. They were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Check-in took far too long, and when I asked for help with my room, the response was dismissive. The lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable. Overall, I expected much better service from Regina Hotel and won't be returning.

Hotel vicino al lungomare di Valona e a due passi dal centro ma fuori dal caos del traffico e della vita notturna. Struttura veramente bella e personale veramente di livello, fa segnalare il sorriso e la disponibilità della receptionist Angela che ci ha coccolato. Pulizia e Colazione perfetta.

I recently stayed at the Regina Garden Hotel in Vlore this September, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, with easy access to local attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. My experience at Regina Garden was wonderful. The staff’s hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vlore. Can’t wait to return next year!

the staff was exceptional Anxhi, Joana, Marsi very kind, makes my holidays more beautiful everything perfect suggested everyone to visit I also forgot to say the food was very delicious......... I will try to come again to the same place. 😚

La posizione dell' hotel è buona per il resto dalla colazione, alla pulizia delle stanze e dei locali comuni sino all' accoglienza dello staff risponde a dei canoni da tre stelle, tutto molto carente. Da evitare per evitare brutte sorprese

4 stelle per questo hotel mi sembrano troppe. Hotel discreto, abbastanza recente con pulizia mediocre. Gentile il personale della reception e per la colazione. La colazione abbastanza abbondante, anche se si può fare meglio. Le sedie sui balconi arruginite.

Ottimo hotel per chi deve prendere un traghetto. Camere pulite e spaziose personale gentilissimo buona colazione inoltre ti danno la possibilità di usufruire di piscina e mare nel loro consociato a 2 km. Gratuitamente. Consigliatissimo prezzo modico.

Voglio fare subito i complimenti alla receptionist Angela, che ci ha accolto con un gran sorriso e dimostrando cortesia e disponibilità. Super Angela. Hotel dispone di parcheggio gratuito. Spazio esterno all aperto per il servizio bar, ristorante che non abbiamo provato ma siniamo sicure che sarà all' altezza. Camera ampia, spaziosa e luminosa. Bagno con doccia ampia e kit di cortesia. Altra nota di merito va al servizio colazione, buffet grandioso, con vasta scelta e varietà di cibo. Con questo buffet si inizia la giornata alla grande. Siamo scappate da un altro hotel che avevamo prenotato e per fortuna abbiamo incontrato Regina Garden per salvare parte della nostra vacanza. Facciamo i complimenti a questo hotel e a tutto lo staff. Lo consigliamo. Chissà magari ci rivedremo

Spent 5 very enjoyable days here. Very clean with maid in every day making bed, cleaning room and changing towels. Bed was very big and comfortable and we had a large corner balcony with sea view. All staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a couple of small issues on arrival but they were sorted quickly. Slight downsides were the location as it was next to the new harbour development and a 10 minute walk to the beach which we expected being across from the hotel. Also breakfast was disappointing but that's probably because we are English and enjoy an English breakfast which was not available. There was a good continental selection however.
