This is a lovely property in a charming area of Ragusa. It is not in old town, but we enjoyed the location. Easy street parking. Across from a beautiful cathedral and close to good restaurants, excellently recommended by the front desk. We booked a superior room with a balcony and a view. The room was not very large, but nicely appointed with the most comfortable bed ever in Italy. Nice linens and top quality toiletries. I would recommend an internal view, our “view” was negligible and the balcony too small to make practical use of. The street was noisy with the window open. Good soundproofing. We made use of the Turkish bath- which is not a bath but a steam room and not particularly hot. Complementary drink on the roof, you do need to go to the front desk to order it. The breakfast was stellar, set in a charming baroque reception room. The employees were all top.

Beautiful restored 18th century palace, very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, excellent location, large underground parking lot (Palazzo dell'Aquila) less than 100m away. Luca's advice on restaurants and places to go is peerless.

Very nice and stylish place, a mix of all the new Dry across the cathedral on the newer part of Ragusa, about 30 minute walk from the core of the old town. Really nice service, they booked us a table for dinner. Breakfast was really good, though if you like warm dishes, that were none. Definitely highly recommended. The pillows and the mattress a bit on the firm side, just FYI

The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful; Marisa and Lucca welcomed us with lots of helpful tips and even made reservations on our behalf for dining out.
The breakfast is set in a gorgeous space in this beautiful hotel; lots of delicious options. Kurt, Laura and Catalina went the extra mile to make us feel at home during breakfast. Top notch hotel!

Bellissima esperienza, hotel storico favoloso; sale con affreschi e arredamento in stile barocco, il personale eccellente dai ragazzi della reception, alle ragazze della sala colazione...tutto perfetto e ben gestito...la colazione era superlativa..tutto freschissimo e delizioso non esistono prodotti industriali. Il giorno del mio compleanno a sorpresa ho ricevuto una tortina con la candelina durante la colazione che mi ha reso veramente felice! Siete il top! Sicuramente da ritornarci, già mi manca:)

Posto incantevole consigliato da un amico, personale super professionale e gentilissimo ci siamo sentiti veramente bene in questo splendido Relais. Colazione strepitosa ma anche la gentile signorina che si è presa cura di noi sembrava integrata perfettamente in quelle sale che si susseguivano, lei sembrava danzare, nel piano nobiliare restaurato sapientemente, ci hanno riservato un camera stupenda. particolare attenzione alla clientela anche all'accoglienza. insomma tutto perfetto ci torneremo ancora l'anno prossimo. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Restauranttips). Gut gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto (Modica,Noto) oder auch zu Fuss (Ragusa Ibla). Die Zimmer sind modern. Frühstück gibt es in schönen alten Räumen.
