Hotel Shelton Rajamahendri

Although the staff was very friendly, the room was not clean. The bedsheets had wholes and the bathroom was quite moldy. The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the staff were also very friendly. My room was toward the road, so it was quite loud until late.

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the food and the staff's hospitality. The culinary offerings were diverse and delectable, showcasing a blend of local and international flavours that delighted my palate at every meal. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more memorable, as they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care created an inviting and welcoming atmosphere, making my stay exceptional.

Four star property with 1.5 star service. We stayed in a Suite for a week. Spacious and clean. Great value. Breakfast was excellent and staff there was attentive. Front desk is an another matter. Chaotic at best. They say yes for any request and no follow up. Can easily be improved by continuous training program.

Hotel is ok from the city perspective in smaller towns. Rooms were clean and spacious but service was disappointing and probabaly the food as well. Bath accessories and towel etc was not upto the mark and even the quality of room linen etc Statyed for a night and ok but not great.

I am an avid traveller who have travelled with my family across India and abroad and stayed in various hotels. I never had a bad experience as i had with Hotel Shelton Rajamahendri. I booked my room via the hotel Website on November 26, 2022 (paid entire amount of 19320/-) with stay dates being Dec 27 - 30th inclusive . However due to unforseen reasons i had to cancel my trip. I called the hotel on Dec 10th to inform the same also mailed them afterwards. As per the hotel policy, my cancellation request was well with in the allowed time window. I got a confirmation email from hotel desk manager saying my request to cancel was accepted and my money will be refunded in 15 days. Its been 2 months and inspite of repeated phone calls / e-mails I did not get the refund. The hotel desk have stopped responding to my mails and did not even have a courtesy / basic mannerisms on how to deal with customers. I would strongly recommend any one booking online via this hotel to be very careful as they are cheating and not ready to refund for cancellations that are with in the policy
