Explained everything to three different staff. Hussain, various reception staff and your manager Akash Pandey. Issues : Noise from neighbouring room. Shouting, TV and 7 guests in one room! Door key cards not working from day one. Reset 14 times for both of us. Air conditioning not working and wasn't fixed despite complaining. Smoking smells in corridor from other rooms, despite complaining NOTHING happened. Worst experience of a hotel management. Akshay Pandey, should not be a manager, he has no manners or people skills. All he said we will sort it out. Nothing done to resolve my suffering for 3 days. He was suppose to call me after 30 minutes.... He never did! I inquired at the reception and yet he had simply sat in the back office and never came out to explain anything. Absolutely rubbish service and poor quality of services. My professional advisor will investigate the matter with international Hotels Group Authority. Draft out strong case and send it to Media Influencers, Hotel rating authority, Google reviews, Trip Advisor reviews and Mumbai Media channels.

Good clean Big rooms . Polite staff in front office . Bell boy Mr.Gyaru very helpful. The food is light non oily and tasty . Located in the posh area of Kalavad road where the houses of the rich and famous of Rajkot dwell. Also best location for me from my factory in LOTHDA via the ring road 2 so I avoid all the signals and no traffic .

Elegant environment, good location, family travel, travel, business preferred hotel. The breakfast is rich, suitable for both young and old, and my two treasures are very much liked. Come back next time.

Recently I had an opportunity to stay in Regency Lagoon Resort in Rajkot. It is a beautiful sprawling property located in the outskirts of Rajkot. Its architecture and interiors are marvellous and gives the feel of heritage property. The rooms are spacious and nicely done. The staff is very friendly and courteous. On top of it all, during our short stay we had the opportunity to listen to very soulful live flute recital by a very talented artist, Yash Raj. He was performing in the morning in one of the courtyards of the Resort. We lost time sitting in the cool morning breeze listening to the mellifluous tunes of the flute of Yash Raj. It was a blissful experience and made our stay there even more memorable.

It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.

The hotel's location, ambiance is excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and the food was nice. Staff behaviour was also nice and supportive. Overall i will recommend the hotel to stay during the trip to rajkot.

What an amazing property to spend your vacation time. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that we stayed at this property. 34 nights in total between Nov 23 and March 24. The Doshi family are running this like a completely family oriented property. The minute you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by the security guards, the reception staff, special thanks to Shakti Bhai snd Bakul Bhai and the bell boys. The rooms and corridor of the hall way are very clean at all times and comfortable to stay in. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. Housekeeping staff is excellent and meet all requests in a timely manner should you need anything like additional towels, toiletries etc. Special thanks to Kunal and his team and the laundry service is excellent all do nicely washed ironed and sent back same day! The quality of food at breakfast, room service and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety is great, tasty food and always kept hot and served and topped up well at all times. The staff in the restaurant are so professional, polite friendly and very hard working always with a smile. Special thanks to Govind Bhai, Raju Bhai, Gagan Bhai and Tej Bhai for constantly looking after us but all staff are excellent Hotel is constantly being cleaned and it is completely like staying at home away from home. Such a friend atmosphere, great positive aura and I would definitely keep going back and highly recommend this beautiful property. Keep up the good work - love coming back to this place

The fern rajkot is best hotel in terms of their food and service, the best part is its restaurant, the food was fingerlicking and service was very prompt , every server was very hospitable. Tha k the fern for making our stay awesome.
