Location is fine - close to the railway station food is below average - had to take breakfast as we paid for it in advance. ( they only have 2 to 3 options available each morning - poha, poori chana & aalu pratha - for which we paid more than extra for a tasteless food. Services are worse than worst -
reception: first they did not check the booking details and made it super irritating for us to have a seemless checkin. Slow process. Receptionists aren't skilled to even greet or handle guest's concerns. All they say is " will talk to the gm and confirm" oh by the way - there was no manager around in the entire 3 night stay of ours. It takes 1 hour and 10 phone calls for the housekeeping to bring a bottle of water - so forget about the food. We asked for an extra mattress at 7pm and got it at 11:30 after multiple calls and in-person followups. Lifts - there is only 1 lift and wasn't working properly, they were struck at 2nd floor and doesnt move. - we mostly used stairs. Parking space - too small/no space and no guard for safety. Wi-fi - the only thing that works well but only if you go and ask for the password. Rooms - coming to the room size. If you want to stay for a long time or with a family, please do not book this hotel. Rooms are too compact. We booked executive rooms which was smaller than a deluxe rooms in any average hotel. With 2 to 3 guest in an executive room - there were only 1 dental kit given. Cleanliness - very hygienic and clean rooms no doubt. Staff - the housekeeping staffs were friendly and kind. Receptionist and the other staff who serves food or take calls/complains were with no welcoming attitude or no management skill. I would rate the entire stay a terrible one - its a 1/10 for me.
