Stayed for one night, the property is is huge and well constructed however seems that no training provided to any staff member on hospitality and every body was like we don’t care. The first shock was as we entered the room - no towels, no foot mat, no soap in bath room. The room looked superficially cleaned - there were hairs all over on the bedsheet, bathroom floor. Staff was like it is all ok, finally had to call the duty manager at 11 pm. Buffet dinner was like a fish market place l, had never seen like it in my life, people picking eatables, roti etc by their dirty hands, keeping in their plates and then returning one piece back to the main bowl. I could not see it and did not have buffet there. From last night sight planned breakfast as early bird at 7:15 am and we were first. The staff there too was very lazy, had to ask for everything 3-4 times and remind staff. After asking for tea 3-4 times they would respond. The staff was too. Ya chatting with each other rather than working. Suggest to have a hospitality training from leading hotel management institute for entire staff
