We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

A classic hotel that has been refurbished, just steps from the sea, 5 minutes walk to train station. The room was pleasant, not particularly big, very clean, One downside was the combination bath tub/ Shower, I prefer straight walk in showers. No tissues in bathroom or room was odd. Price was very reasonable and it included a great breakfast in their restaurant. I also had lunch in their restaurant, and it was tasty and well priced. Check in was a breeze and personnel were helpful. I spent nearly a week there.
