The service staff is good and friendly. Breakfast is suitable for the price. Unfortunately there are no double bed rooms on high floors. Convenient parking Overall the hotel is clean. There is a coffee shop that I tried but haven't tried yet. The hotel is decorated in the past but is still nice and clean and doesn't look old. Suitable for people with cars

A great fourth stay there at the Madina and the last three times were no problem as I was still able to get about properly, but now that I can't, the one flight of stairs to the lift and the lift only stopping at every other floor made things quite awkward. Perfectly good bed, lovely & clean and the buffet breakfast was a classic local Thai buffet style. The coffee, however, was dreadful. Great staff, plenty of parking and a nice waterside spot make it great for us when we visit family just across the road. Recommended, except if you don't get about too well.
