Good property and great location to see the city centre of Reading. However it’s in the middle of the bus only roads so highly confusing how to get to car park etc. other properties were noisy in the area overnight.

I have booked an apartment in April 2024 for a December stay of one week via their direct reservations. One week before the trip, their management notified me that my booking has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. This is truly unprofessional and no reason was given! What do you think it could be? Overbooking? Allocating rooms to those who are willing to pay more despite a long term booking? Be careful if you’re booking at this place! This is really bad for the reputation of Reading!

Good location but noisy
Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area.
It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

Lovely place and so central
Very central comfortable apartments. A little noisy at times but then you are in town!
Only complaint...mouldy window and the patio door had a problem. Someone was supposed to come fix it the next day and didn’t

Central location
The recetionist Sara, sent all informaion on location and entry procedures, promptly and efficiently.
She warned us of the road closure and sent directions and a map to help us.
