The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, about 12 minutes by car to the old city.
The rooms are neat and clean, and the area is quite large.
The breakfast is also very good, because I am a BW diamond card member, the hotel also waived the parking fee.

Except for the location (close to the highway and to the city centre, if you have a car) and the friendly stuff, I wouldn't come again to this hotel. They put a notice that due to Bavaria Corona policy, the rooms won't be cleaned. This is absolutely not true, I've been at other hotels in Bavaria in the meantime, all of them were regularly cleaned. Now the worst part: the kettle and the the cups are in the wardrobe together with all the blankets, etc. You guys couldn't put the set on the table for instance?! And the spoons were not clean, they had dry coffee stains so I had to wash them by myself! Please do your job when cleaning the rooms! Finally, the room for the breakfast was extremely dirty, when I went there at around 9:30. Not to mention that 5 people were taking care of the buffet and yet we had to wait 15 minutes until it gets refilled. The one coffee machine was broken, so we had to stay in line in front of the only one which was working. Terrible experience overall, never again! Not worth the price at all!

Bel hôtel avec restaurant, sauna et salle de sport
La salle de repos au niveau du sauna est trop petite et il n'y a pas assez de transats.
La salle de fitness n'est pas intégrée à l'hotel mais appartient à un cabinet médical situé dans un batiment attenant et accessible via l'hotel

Tip Top Sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer nettes Familientaugliches Personal und ein Spitzenfrühstück alles da was man brauchte Kaffee Tee badeutwnsilien das Personal war freundlich und jeder Situation entspannt gewachsen und das Frühstück war vom Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht zu topen

Klare Empfehlung
Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr schnell, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und hier sollte jeder fündig werden meiner Meinung nach. Es gibt verschiedene Sorten Brötchen, Brot sowie Toast, verschiedenste Aufschnitte und Aufstriche, Joghurt, Müsli, Eierspeisen, etc., wie gesagt da sollte eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei sein. Auf vegane Produkte habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht geachtet, aber von meinem Kollegen wusste ich, dass auf jeden Fall eines der Müslis glutenfrei ist.
Einziges Manko:
Im Kühlschrank meines Zimmers lagen noch 2 Flaschen vom Gast vor mir und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, wodurch es sehr warm im Zimmer war. Jedoch bildete der Tag mit 27°C auch eine deutliche Ausnahme von der sonst üblichen Durchschnittstemperatur, daher denke ich, dass die Klimaanlage deswegen noch nicht eingeschaltet war. Lüften schaffte hierbei gute Abhilfe und trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn (und der Lage meines Zimmers zu dieser) war es dort sehr ruhig. Ich habe beide Punkte ehrlich gesagt auch nicht an der Rezeption angesprochen, da es für mich meckern auf hohem Niveau gewesen wäre.
Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen und kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
