The rooms on the second floor were brand new, the bathroom was also new and large. The service at breakfast was very attentive and the people at reception were also very friendly. The one bottle of water in the room had to last for 3 days. It's actually strange, since a bottle of water doesn't cost much. The breakfast buffet was very appealing and everything was delicious.
