Contra:
O quarto estava MUITO sujo. O chão parecia que nunca havia uma vassoura. Havia tanto pó nos armários que nossas roupas ficaram sujas.
Além disso, o frigobar estava IMUNDO. Eu fiquei impressionada com tamanha sujeira em todo ele. Não sei como conseguiram deixar naquele estado.
O café da manhã estava muito cheio e desorganizado. Os itens que acabava eram repostos sem muita demora.
O preço da diária deu acesso a dois ingressos para as termas, porém, não havia opção mais barata de diária sem estes ingressos.
Prós: localização para o fim a que destinava, café da manhã variado, quarto amplo, restaurante no hotel.
Pedimos uma tapioca para o lanche da tarde tão grande e tão recheada que serviria facilmente como uma janta para duas pessoas.

Viajei com 3 idosos, com o objetivo de descansar. Por falta de pesquisa e ler mais sobre, fiquei sabendo na vespera da viagem que as termas romanas não abrem nem segunda e nem terça-feira. No domingo me informaram que atualizariam as atividades extras (na tv constavam as da semana anterior). As atividades nao haviam sido atualizadas na segunda-feira quando saimos para almoçar. Mas a maior insatisfação: segunda-feira a noite: uma festa de empresa num espaço anexo ao hotel, com música alta e animada. Liguei 3x na recepção e ninguem atendeu. Desci: o recepcionista informou que não podia fazer nada porque havia sido contratado pelo depto de eventos e não tinha nenhum responsavel no hotel. Mas que ligaria para alguem que estivesse na festa, para pedir que baixassem o som (22h30). As 23h desci outra vez e ja me informaram que a festa não teria hora para terminar. Liguei para policia que informou que poderiam vir ate o hotel, abrir um boletim para que eu denunciasse o hotel…. Decidi acalmar meus pais e tia, todos com mais de 80 anos. Ah, não repuseram as aguas no frigobar, tive que busca-las… recepção nao atende tel! Cafe da manha faltando reposição mesmo sendo cedo

Instalações ótimas, cama boa, chuveiro bom, ambiente limpo, acesso incluso as termas romanas. Infelizmente no domingo 25/08, 9:20h, o café da manhã na torre business foi um verdadeiro fiasco. Buffet vazio, sem xícaras, sem suco, sem frutas, uma verdadeira bagunça após a saída de grupos de excursões, um verdadeiro cáos. Percebe-se que o hotel precisa se organizar e rever sua logística em períodos de muito movimento. Inadmissível o café terminar 10h e 9:20h não ter nem xícaras disponíveis para os hóspedes, pratos de alimentos vazios e nenhuma sinalização de reposição, ao contrário, a mesa foi reduzida. Que coloquem mais equipes para trabalhar, se organizem, a gerência sabe a lotação do hotel, faltou organização.

Hotel excelente, tudo novinho, funcionários simpáticos, café top, café da tarde incluso na diária com iguarias deliciosas. O hotel te dá acesso as Termas romanas o que torna a hospedagem bastante vantajosa. Existe possibilidade de hospedagem com pensão completa, optamos por só café da manhã e valeu a pena.Recomendo!
