Geweldige tijd gehad in dit hotel. Kamer lag lager als het zwembad was top en een mooie badkamer. Super gezellig aan de bar met een top barkeeper die verbinding maakt met andere klanten. Receptie super behulpzaam en een lekker doch eenvoudig ontbijt. De ligging is top.

We had apartment which space wise was great. In great area, pool was fantastic, shop across the lane way was perfect for snacks and water, beach 100m walk away and 150 to 200 m walk to supermarket and bus stop to old town(15mins on bus). Day reception staff are fantastic. Learnings.....no lift so if have suitcases diff to get to floors esp 2nd floor, minimal information given at check-in by late receptionist re cleaning routine and no beach towels. Otherwise thoroughly recommend

Prima hotel. Heel fijne service van Vicky en Vivi. Kamers kloppen niet altijd met foto’s op de website. Wij kregen op verzoek een modernere kamer zoals de foto’s. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad en ligt vlak bij het strand, bedjes te huur voor 6 euro per set. In de buurt diverse restaurants, supermarkten en bakker.

Heute ist unser letzter Tag, aber wir wissen jetzt schon dass wir wieder kommen werden. Der Empfang bei Ankunft hätte nicht herzlicher sein können. Vivi hat uns direkt mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt und auch sonst immer wieder wenn sie uns gesehen hat, gefragt ob bei uns alles gut ist. Unser Apartment (lower level) war super sauber. Wir schlafen hier alle herrlich und leider oft zu lange :-). Unser Apartment war ein Schnäppchen (wahrscheinlich wegen der Lage). Aber ich kann alle beruhigen, die es auch gebucht haben. Bei den hohen Temperaturen ist es immer angenehm in unserem Zimmer. Die Bilder bei Tui entsprechen absolut der Realität. Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht testen, da wir meist zu lange geschlafen haben. Aber die kleine Küche im Apartment reicht absolut aus um selbst ein Frühstück zu zaubern. Der Pool und die Liegen sind herrlich. Und die Bar bietet alles was man braucht. Esmeralda macht die Bar am Mittag und hat uns oft mit Kaffee oder Mittagessen verwöhnt. Sie ist so herzlich und so freundlich. Am Abend macht Babis die Bar. Er ist einfach genial. Wir haben selten einen Barkeeper gesehen, der es schafft die Menschen so miteinander zu verbinden. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an alle Mitarbeiter. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen.

Μείναμε στο Hotel Aristea για 6 ημέρες τον Ιούλιο του 2024. Μειναμε αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι. Μείναμε σε ένα μεγάλο οικογενειακό δωμάτιο. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό αν και δεν έμπαιναν να καθαρίσουν μάθε μέρα κάτι που μας φάνηκε παράξενο. Θα πρότεινα να αδειάζουν τουλάχιστον τα σκουπίδια. Η πισίνα αν και σχετικά μικρή είναι καλή και το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Η θάλασσα έχει βότσαλα και πέτρες μέσα. Η πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι σχετικά κοντά και τριγύρω υπάρχουν ότι χρειαστεί κάποιος (Super market, εστιατόρια, πλυντήριο ρούχων και άλλα). Στο τέλος Ιουλίου υπήρξαν βραδιές που δεν βρήκαμε διαθέσιμο χώρο στο πάρκινγκ και αυτό μας δυσκόλεψε. Ο λόγος είναι ότι το πάρκινγκ είναι κοινό με ένα άλλο διπλανό ξενοδοχείο.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Vivi and Vicky on reception were brilliant,any queries or information you wanted they went out of the way to provide it. This hotel is one of the cleanest and best run I have ever stopped at in Greece.The room was cleaned every other day and towels and bed linen were changed on the same basis. The cleaners always had a smile on their faces and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted extra towels or the like. I cannot leave a review without mentioning Babiss the ever cheerful bartender,what a star! He had us in stitches with his stories and sayings.He was also a mine of useful information about Crete having lived there all his life,he told us of places that were worth visiting which we did when we hired a car. Thankyou Babiss! All in all a great hotel with even better staff,thankyou all for making our holiday so enjoyable.

They use false advertising. What you book on their web site is not what you get. - The room is not according to the pictures. It was only partially refurbished. - cleaning only every other day - without us asking, the reception informed us at check in that we had come to a two star hotel (their web site claims that they are a 3 star hotel) Management was nonchalant and invisible. After check out they sent us an automatic message on “Whatsup” requesting an evaluation and a review. We answered, but did not received a response. Fortunately our holiday in Greece is saved as it is distributed on two other hotels as well. These two hotels are fantastic, even better than they promised, absolutely more value for money and more serious.
