We booked a Junior Suite, which according to their official web includes a sofa, a balcony and a nice and modern bathroom. But we had a room with no sofa, no balcony, a minibathroom where only one person could enter, a bit shabby, we had no hot water during 2 days and when we indicated it to the receptionist he said it was normal. The room looked like a staff room. The breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30 and from 10:00 the staff stops refilling the fruits, the juices are not natural and the breakfast quality could easily be improved. The swimming pool area was not very clean. To sum up, we paid for a 4* hotel but had the services of 3* hotel, so we were rather deceived.
