We loved our stay, the hotel is excellent the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner most days and the food selection was really varied especially the desserts. A quick walk to the beach and near the old town too. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for two nights and it was in the perfect location - bang in the old town. It really is perfect for shopping, going to restaurants, walking the magical laneways and going to the harbour. Our room was a superior room in the Palazzo and was across two mini levels with steps to get up to the main area and steps to get down to the bathroom. The room was very spacious with separate sleeping and sitting areas. The bathroom had a powerful shower which was good. Wifi was patchy in the sleeping area but perfect in the sitting area. I guess it’s to be expected in buildings that old with thick walls! The staff were wonderful and really friendly. They have advice about boat trips and dolphin watching. Having arrived earlier than checkin it was so easy leaving the cases with them whilst we went wandering. The one let down for me was the breakfast. I thought the selection wasn’t as good as other Greek hotels I’ve stayed in. I would stay here again if I returned to Rethymno. I recommend staying here.

Beautiful looking hotel recently refurbished. It is in a built up area no scenic views from your room. There is a roof top swimming pool with bar and loungers where there is scenic views. Room clean and fresh really appreciate the AC which is quite. Large fridge and safe in a cupboard. Towel and bath robes have clearly passed their use by date. Fraying edges on towels and holes in bath robes. Food breakfast, lunch and dinner is buffet style. although there is variety, hot food is warm. Tea coffee warm. I would suggest not to book all inclusive. There are lots of eateries within walking distance from the hotel where you can have authentic Cretan food and pizza etc. Directly opposite the entrance to the hotel across the road, there is a mini supermarket. (closed on Sunday's ). Staff friendly and accommodating. A few snags with my room ie bathroom door scraping on the floor making a loud noise when open/shutting, maintenance man fixed it within a couple of hours. 🤗 Website says kettle and tea/coffee facilities in room. That is not the case you have to request it when you arrive at the hotel. A lovely hotel to stay in. I would recommend and visit again.

The hotel is very new, with good facilities, and meets the five-star standard. The location is also very good, right by the sea, opposite the beach is nice, there are two swimming pools in the hotel, the children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time.

We stayed in room 718 with a hot tub on the balcony, we had a couple of very minor issues with the hot tub which were rectified immediately. The view was amazing and the room is really big. There could be better storage in the room but you get used to it quickly, do take a couple of extra hangers though. The room was cleaned every day to an exceptional standard, and we had a turn down service which was lovely, a second change of bins each day was very welcome too. The breakfast was plentiful but what should have been hot was always cold, and the tea pots are only ever half full of water. There is no option for tea in the rooms, only coffee, so if you need a brew in the morning bring a travel kettle. The facilities are amazing, the pools are lovely and clean, the spa is fabulous and we enjoyed treatments each. The indoor pool is brilliant on a cloudy day, although it could open earlier. Overall I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again, the staff were all fabulous, and the position of the hotel was really good. It's on a nice street with plenty of good food options around. There is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road to take you to town for 7 euros which we did several times.

Stunning is the right word for everything in this hotel and for old town of Rethymno.Beautiful hotel lovely lovely staff and we’ll be definitely back.We can highly recommended this hotel because you can feel the old soul of the building and you’ll be spoiled by staff as a family member.We wish this could happen in all around the world.If you like atmosphere like from romantic movie go over there.
