They have two buildings and hips of rooms available. Service is not bad and food is good.

Property is great for visiting the area. There's a bus stop right out front that takes you downtown and up to the ski resort. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were undergoing renos

They advertised a pool and hot tub and when we arrived we found out it had not been operational for 1 year......on a ski trip a hot tub is highly valued. This was a dissapointment.

Not Sandman’s fault. ******* could do a better job of making it clear the pool and fitness room are under construction. I guess it was buried in the fine print somewhere….

Pricey for what if offers. Could hear people from other rooms. Pool not working. Our friends we offered passes to the pool in Revelstoke, we were not. Paid the same price and got different rooms and service.

Nice quiet hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Ample parking and close to town. Shuttle to ski hill was located to the left of front entrance.
Hot beverage station was convenient and they had fruit and muffins as well.

The property and room were generally acceptable except:
1. The bathroom sink was plugged and did not drain within acceptable limits. Maintenance was contacted and the sink was plundered, but that did not solve the problem. Maintenance indicated that they would fix the problem the next day, but the sink was still plugged when we returned to the room.
2. The Wifi was very intermittent. I had to revert to 4G in order to complete my wifi assignments. It should be seamless at a well established motel like this.
