We had a very nice stay everything was good although I wish there was a mini refrigerator in the room. I would recommend this hotel to others

Zunächst einmal wird man -wie in anderen kulturlosen Staaten dieser Erde- von Beginn an vom Personal mit „Du“ angesprochen. Das soll wohl darüber hinweghelfen die Unzulänglichkeiten im Sevice und den im Internetauftritt versprochenen Leistungen als „kleine nachrangige Fehler“ eines guten Freundes -mit dem man per-Du ist- sozusagen verschwinden zu lassen. Tolle Hochglanzprospekte mit Ambiente und Flair, schöne reichhaltige Versprechungen in Speise- und Getränkekarte und nur wenig davon stimmt! Immer die gleichen Ausreden, immer das gleiche Getue, immer sind die anderen Schuld!

Nice, modern (system) hotel. Built in a loft-like style in keeping with the times. Sometimes loud. Staff were between very friendly and surprisingly disinterested. When we pointed out to reception that surely nobody really needed to dispose of the hotel's glass waste at 11:30 p.m. with a loud clatter, the receptionist replied "we always do that" - but the colleague we told the story to in the morning was believably stunned. If we write off the problem, which we experienced 4 times in two nights, as a learning curve, we would still be happy to come back.

Really nice , modern hotel. Well maintained and cool reception area. Lovely welcome from staff on arrival and friendly service throughout our stay.
Room was a decent size and nice bathroom with great shower. Nicely air conditioned room in what was a hot week.
Breakfast options were limited but adequate for us. Good WiFi and free parking which was plentiful. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and it’s a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. We really enjoyed our stay.
