La struttura è vicina al centro di Rho. L’ arredamento è in stile retrò e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La camera pulita e accogliente è ben arredata . La colazione, per chi non ha pretese, è soddisfacente. A disposizione il parcheggio gratuito vicino all’albergo.

Viaggio molto per lavoro ma un comportamento così scortese e supponente e direi profittevole del personale della Reception (ho interagito con 4 persone) non mi era mai capitato. Telefonicamente non mi hanno dato nessuna risposta, in modo sgarbato ti invitano a mandare le mail. Cosa che ho fatto ma tra la mail di informazione generale e preventivo, la seguente mail di conferma del soggiorno e il check in sul posto mi hanno cambiato i prezzi 3 volte con motivazioni ridicole e senza neanche scusarsi delle loro varie incongruenze. Solo dopo le mia sfuriata hanno riconosciuti i LORO vari errori ma ne sono altamente fregati di rimediare anzi .... mi hanno fatto pure pagare in contanti la colazione che invece era compresa e già pagata in fattura.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean simple place in a small town suburb of Milan with easy access to public transport. Parking is on a second property about a block away that they have to show you where it's at. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work in the room and the water quality was sketchy. I wouldn't drink the water.

Posizione perfetta per vivere una serata in centro e spostarsi comodamente verso altre destinazioni. Servizio attento e ospitale. Ambiente accogliente: un po' retrò e pieno di verde. Fatevi accompagnare a vedere il terrazzino esterno! La mia camera ritengo che fosse stata da poco ristrutturata: pavimenti lucenti, pulizia estrema, letto comodo (camera singola con letto a una piazza e mezzo).

Un hotel che racconta storie di un glamour ormai passato, è uno strano luogo. La camera dove ho dormito era situata in una sorta di labirinto tra porte e terrazzi. Il letto era comunque comodo e la stanza era pulitissima, l'accoglienza è stata sicuramente ottima, le persone della hall sono state super carine e disponibili a spiegarci come muoverci per tornare alla fiera l'indomani. Un hotel romantico o speciale? No Tornerei per fare un servizio fotografico camp? Di sicuro Tornerei per la comodità? Assolutamente sì
