The food options are limited, despite being all inclusive, the lobby bar is charged after 10pm, even the water in the minibar was not replenished, they cancelled our door cards at 9am on the check out day and we could not enter after breakfast, the receptionist explained that the system was automatically closed because we were leaving today. My 6 year old child was stuck in the room. There were small ants in the room. The only good thing was that it was two separate rooms. There was almost the same menu for every meal for three days. There was no fish on an island like Rhodes. They said that if you buy tap water it is free and if you buy it from the lobby bar it is 1 euro. The location of the hotel was good.

Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.

Hotel well located 5 min walk from the old town, the buffet is very good and varied.
The downside: a lot of noise at night because many young people come to party in this hotel. We warned the reception and despite their efforts, the nights were still very restless.

Το πρόγραμμα All Inclusive καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο, το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό και τόσο το μεσημεριανό όσο και το βραδινό είναι καλό. Η ιδέα της ελληνικής βραδιάς με τοπικά φαγητά ήταν εξαιρετική αλλά και η βραδιά που διοργανώθηκε με ζωντανή μουσική και χορό με τοπικές στολές. Προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες που όμως μπορεί να έχουν αρνητικό αντίκτυπο, όπως ένα ποτήρι που δεν έχει καθαριστεί σωστά, ένα κομμάτι χαρτί στη σαλάτα, που όμως μπορεί να αποφευχθεί με λίγη προσοχή. Το προσωπικό μας έκανε εξαιρετική εντύπωση, πάντα πολύ χαμογελαστό και έτοιμο να ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες του πελάτη. Τα δωμάτια ήταν επίσης καλά και άνετα.

Just back after a lovley week The hotel was lovely food excellent great location for old town and beach also very close to Acropolis which is worth a visit all within a 10 minute walk . Staff was lovley nothing to much trouble Rania on reception was lovley going the extra mile to make sure your stay was good

Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!

This hotel is located just outside the old walls of the town and is within easy walking distance of the old town. We were transferred to this hotel as the hotel we were staying in was closing down for the end of the season. The experience here was not very pleasant. The food was poor the hot choices were barely warm. The plates were cold so there was no chance of a hot meal. The swimming pool was very cold and could have been cleaner. The room was a good size however we had to share it with cockroaches and ants. I did attempt to get hold of a manager to show him the infestation however, I was to he was unavailable. Says it all really. We shall definitely never return here again.

Overall it was alright.
Room was very tidy, not a bad view from the balcony. Staff were friendly. There was lots of different options for food so no complaints.
However, some of the people staying here were love island wannabes.
The pool area is below average. We did not go in it once but the beaches are just a 10 minute walk away.
