Excellent location in the old town. Very close to beach and other tourist attractions. Hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet, with AC. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Fully recommend it.

Mye venting ute i sola. Vi ringte for at de skulle komme og åpne døra, da de kom hjalp de noen andre som skulle sjekke inn et annet sted og lot oss ikke inn engang i resepsjonen hvor det var AC. Ingen er i resepsjonen til vanlig. Det er utrolig dårlig klima og luftkvalitet i rommet. Badet er fullt av mugg. Det er for kaldt i rommet når ac er på og for varmt når ac er av. Verste rommet vi har bodd i hele livet. Vinduet åpner mot røykeområdet som også brukes for å tørke håndklær.

Otelin resepsiyon bölümünde devamlı biri yok , bir dışarı kapı bir de oda kapısı anahtarı veriliyor , ihtiyaç halinde ilgiliyi arayıp çağırmanız gerekiyor, odamızda havalandırma için pencere dahi yoktu, kapı kilidi sorunlu idi . Otelden ziyade pansiyon gibi bir yer. 1 gece idare ederiz diye kaldık , ancak 1 gece için bile tavsiye edilmeyecek bir yer. Tek olumlu tarafı old town merkezinde ve limana yakın bir lokasyonda bulunuyor olması

I joined my friend and her two girls the following day, after their first night there and she had been bitten all over by bedbugs. Upon inspecting the bed, bugs were seen crawling along the joins of the mattress. The relatively new member of staff moved us to another hotel however after further communication with the management team, no refund was given for the booking and money for medication (which was promised) was not reimbursed.

The room - practically a cave - didn’t even have a window. Unbelievable (and very possibly illegal).

My room did not have a window. It was clean but smelled of bleach, so sleeping would have been impossible there. My complaint was met with surly shrugs by the staff member. Top location, but I walked away and sacrificed the money I had paid. Surely a room without a window is illegal? Very much not impressed!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Great value for money and perfect location. You’re very much left to yourselves once checked in but any problems someone is always contactable on the phone (which we didn’t need). We were met by someone on a golf buggy at the gates of the old town who took us and the luggage the short ride to the hotel (this was late at night so much appreciated). The room was perfect for a family of four - air conditioned and good beds. The bathroom could have done with a bit of attention as looks tired with some mould but for the cost of the hotel and the fact we were only there for two nights it wasn’t a problem. A nice roof terrace to go in the morning and the location is unbeatable if you want to explore the old town. Would definitely use it again.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville, assez facile d’accès avec des valises du port. Malgré la double confirmation de l’heure d’arrivée, nous avons trouvé porte close. La personne est arrivée un peu plus tard après une relance de notre part. Remise des clefs en 1 minute, pas vraiment agréable. La chambre était petite, vieillotte, pas très propre. Le linge de lit et de toilette était douteux ( plus gris que blanc). La salle de bain pas du tout fonctionnelle. Mais la principale question est de savoir s’ils s’agit encore d’un hôtel. Ne serait ce pas plutôt un ancien hôtel recyclé en Airbnb ( avec moins de service que dans certaines locations….). Cet endroit donne l’impression de ne plus être entretenu. Le rapport qualité / prix est nul.
