Hotel is very nice, newer design and rooms with views of the river right next to it. Located across the river from the Guggenheim. Easy walk to the Plaza Nuevo for pintxos bar hopping. It’s two blocks away from the Funicular to view the city of Bilbao, this area is not high end but the restaurants and bars are inexpensive.

No aceptes quedarte en una habitación del hotel del área antigua, las habitaciones parecían de los 7 enanos de Blanca Nieves, todo pequeñito.
El precio fue altísimo, y no servía el wifi, ni el clima, además ni café, ni parking de cortesía, a pesar del alto costo de la habitación.
Hay solo un elevador, muy pequeño, y si estás en el piso 1 o 2 y quieres bajar tu equipaje, mejor usar las es aletas porque el elevador siempre llega ocupado.
En verdad me puso de muy mal humor lo que recibí de habitación, contra el precio que pagué. Fatal.
La gente muy amable, y la cocina del restaurante muy buena, eso sí lo reconozco!

Everything about the hotel is exceptional but the fact that it does not have air conditioning which adversely impacted our stay. We were there when it was Fall, but it was still hot during the day and at night. NO air circulation at all. Everything else about the hotel was perfect.

Elegimos una habitación con vistas al mar y fue la mejor decisión que pudimos hacer. La habitación amplia y la cama muy grande y cómoda. La terracita dispone de una mesita con dos sillas y lo que hace que pasar un rato en ella admirando las vistas y la playa sea un momento muy agradable El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza muy atentos y agradables
