Atendeu bem à expectativa. Não superou, mas não deixou nada a desejar. Um pouco confuso no café da manhã, estava cheio, mas também nada que tire crédito.

Muito despreparados e amadores para atender em alta demanda, filas kilometricas para um café desabastecido, nao tinha aonde sentar, reposiçao nao dava conta, falta de agua na madrugada, chocolates vencidos no frigobar, péssima experiência

Havia reservado 2 noites nesse hotel durante o feriado. Acabei cancelando a estadia após a primeira noite. Ao chegar na minha primeira noite fui surpreendido com um cobertor de solteiro em uma cama de casal, numa noite que fazia 12 graus. Ao ligar para recepção fui informado de que nada poderia ser feito pois a rouparia já estava fechada. Após muita insistência consegui que alguém providenciasse um cobertor descente. As toalhas de banho estavam furadas! Sim, furadas! Haviam vazamentos d’água de dentro do box para o banheiro. Também haviam vazamentos hidráulicos no corredor do andar que estive hospedado. Ao informar a recepção meu descontentamento o atendente apenas me informou que faria o cancelamento e eu poderia ir embora. Não recebi se quer um pedido de desculpas Este hotel não tem o menor foco no cliente. Foi uma péssima experiencia!

havia uma mosca no quarto e proximo a cabeceira algumas dezenas de larvas na cama e na cabeceira. Trocaram para um quarto inferior e nao se posicionaram

Cama está velha, da pra sentir as molas.
Os travesseiros estão tão velhos que precisei juntar dois em uma fronha para poder ficar em uma altura média.
Pedi para entregar mais travesseiros no quarto e o atendente, de mal humor, me mandou descer para providenciar.

O hotel é realmente incrível, sofisticado, possui um hall de entrada muito bonito e, também, possui uma localização ótima aqui em Ribeirão. O quarto estava impecável, muito bem arrumado, alem de ter uma vista maravilhosa. O café da manhã muito bom e muito bem servido. Todos os funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. Pretendo ficar aqui sempre que precisar me hospedar em Ribeirão.
