Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Riga, around a 30 minute walk from the old town. Staff were lovely also!!

Great experience, very close to tram No. 7, Daugavpils iela stop is right at the door, you can take this bus to the Central Market (which is also the bus terminal to various countries) and the ancient city. The hotel is within walking distance to two churches. The handsome guy at the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. The environment is clean and the windows can be opened for fresh air.

The hotel is very poor, very old and smelly. The first floor room we were given at the beginning had mold on the walls! I changed to a room on the second floor and the smell was still very strong. The whole place is in tatters, the carpets are dirty, and the silicone sealing edges are moldy.
This kind of hotel had the nerve to raise the price from over 200 to 1,100 on New Year's Eve, and Marriott raised the price from 750 to 1,200.
Highly not recommended, domestic customers should not step on this trap.
