La posizione e buona vicino al mare ,la zona comoda ai serizi. La collaborazione bella molto completta c'è molta scelta!! Animali sono ammessi senza il costo aggiuntivo. Da migiorare l'aspetto estetico delle stanze e rinnovare infissi.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, qualche particolare da rivedere ma molto pronti per la risoluzione dei problemi, personale molto cordiale. Hotel vecchio, sporco, arredamento degradato, camere con metratura molto ridotta. Bagni piccoli, maltenuti e sporchi. Colazione immangiabile, sempre stesse torte confezionate, succhi di frutta della macchinetta (gusto indefinito), brioches secche e dure nonostante ancora calde. Personale della reception maleducato, mai un sorriso e all’apparenza infastidito dalla presenza dei clienti. (Sai, se lavori a contatto con la gente, un minimo di sorriso sarebbe gradito… l’hai scelto tu come lavoro???!) Mai più e non consigliato.

Definirlo Albergo è un insulto! Non è a norma e meriterebbe di chiudere. Raccontare l'incubo per cui mai più torneremo a Rimini basta per descrivere quanto vissuto. Incommentabile anche le persone che lavorano presso la struttura. Da booking pare diverso rispetto alla relata. Condivido foto della tripla a 168 euro a notte. SARESTE DA DENUNICIARE!

Hotel decisamente pessimo, servizi offerti mancanti, aria condizionata non funzionante ( cambiato camera 3 volte senza successo) parcheggio privato inesistente, personale semza empatia verso i clienti, mancanza di supporto ai clienti sopratutto sulle inefficienze causate dall’hotel, bisogna modificare le offerte di prestazione sul sito con prestazioni veritiere e non false. Ci sarebbe molto da dire su questo hotel, ma ci vorrebbe una enciclopedia, hotel da una stella!

Camera veramente piccolissima e bagno non a norma a mio parere. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Una sola persona gentile in tutto lo staff non come ci si aspetta in Romagna. Una nota di merito la posizione centralissima a un buon prezzo. Colazione sufficiente per le mie esigenze.
