terrible cleanliness, cockroaches in the room, boring breakfast (there is not even a toaster), the staff at the reception seem to be trying to help, well, they do not fulfill any request. I do not recommend it to families for a long time. Spending one night alone is fine.

Quartos com mal cheiro sem toalhas tive que ir na recepção solicitar somente toalhas de banho que foi fornecida alegando que não tinham tolha de rosto finalizando apesar de ser barato é péssimo principalmente os atendentes da recepção tantos os homens e mulheres do atendimento

Terrible of course. Dirt and cockroaches in the room, TV and Wi-Fi do not work. Lack of soap and towels in the room. You have to ask the reception staff for help several times, because they forget the first time and don’t do it, although they pretend to write it down. The location is only good and the breakfast (which I would like to improve by adding fruit, for example, or cereal)

Infelizmente já esperava algum ruim, mas me surpreendi com o horroroso. O Hotel já não é um dos melhores, pela localização no centro da cidade, onde o barulho durante a noite é muito grande, além dos travesseiros serem praticamente um lençol no volume, muito fino, atrapalhando muito sua noite de sono. Poderiam evitar certos stress no que tange ao Check-in e sua hospitalidade na recepção. Se você fez a compra pela Trip, se prepare que chegando lá eles te fazem pagar novamente, e somente no Check-out você solicitará o reembolso daquele valor, por já ter descontado antes. O sistema de Check-in deles é muito arcaico, você assina um papel parecendo um cheque, e a maquininha deles não pegam nem QRCode no Pix. O Café da manhã é pão com queijo e presunto, e algumas bananas.
