Good location for bars and restaurants. The hotel is a little noisy.

Very pleasant hotel. Bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, unfortunately.

Great location, but I forgot an object in the room and they didn't call me to inform me and when I got in touch they had thrown it away. I found the customer service via WhatsApp to be very disorganized, they did not respond to messages.

Very bad. Don't stay here and don't book on Ctrip. It's too bad.

The service, staff, rooms and breakfast are wonderful! I recommend 100%. We took a standard room (the cheapest) and we loved it. The only points to add, think about a small swimming pool or roof top, that always adds a plus. Otherwise everything is perfect and very good and secure location.

I stayed at the hotel between 06/08/23 and 07/08/23 and I didn't like the reception service on 08/06, night. They don't give all the information at check in: when I arrived at the room I saw that there were no duvets or covers and when I called reception I was told that I would have to get them there. Why don't they tell you about this when checking in? It seems like no big deal, but for those who arrive tired, it's annoying to come and go at reception. I went to pick them up and they were microfiber blankets, thin and as they were not packaged, who can guarantee they were clean, that they had been washed after previous use? There's no way to know. I didn't like the smell. Another: as they were thin blankets, I asked for two and was informed that they could not supply that quantity, only 01 unit per guest and that I should leave the air conditioning off. They decide how cold the guest can feel in the room. In short, I was cold in this hotel room. Cleanliness ok, room average, service bad, breakfast very good. I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel bem localizado e de fácil acesso, quarto confortável. Excelente custo benefício. Não provamos o café da manhã para opinar, pois era opcional e pela proximidade com outras opções, optamos por tomar café na rua.

Ótima localização logo em frente ao metrô Botafogo, boas opções de alimentação e entretenimento nas proximidades. O quarto é muito apertado, o espaço para trabalhar de dentro do quarto é quase inviável. Colchão sem capa e lençol sem elástico, se você se mexer demais na cama vai estar diretamente em contato com o colchão. Não é o ideal.
