I loved the ambiance. The guesthouse is more than 130 years old the age really shows but you can definitely see the effort of preserving history and embracing modernity. If you plan to stay here for more than a night or two I would suggest you book the private room. Also, bring lots of insect repellent!

Simple shared room. But was clean and nice. Nice terrace at the river and super friendly stuff. If you have a scooter it’s easy to come into the center / old quater

Well kept traditional northern Thai style house. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a shame that the bathroom had lots of fresh cockroach droppings every time I went in

A gem for the adventurous soul willing to get out of their comfort zone. Quite far from the center but easy enough to get around if you hire a bike/ use bolt.

The repairman came to fix the room while we were sleeping. Why didn't he wait for the customer to check out before fixing it?

There is a swimming pool, bar, sauna and gym, which are fully equipped. Drinks and meals are only slightly more expensive than outside, which is acceptable. The room is clean and the toilet is clean and has no smell. I will come again.

Super friendly staff, very clean facilities and comfortable bed. Breakfast is a simple buffet + a dish to select from a menu. Super good. Free access to the sauna and gym during opening hours. By taxi to the center it is 5 to 10 minutes and costs about 70-100 bata depending on the destination. Similar to the bus terminal.

It's a very good place to stay. You can relax to the fullest. There are good activities. Very friendly. I like it very much. I have to go again.

Personally, I like it here. Relaxing by the Ping River. In the evening, I use the sauna and steam room. It's so relaxing.

The staff were friendly and happy to answer my questions. It was my first time staying here. I could rest quietly in the morning and it felt different in the evening.

Because I was traveling alone, I chose a guesthouse with complete facilities. This is my second time staying at a guesthouse. Part of the place has been renovated compared to last year. It feels cleaner and more comfortable, and it is cost-effective.
