A pousada é linda e aconchegante. Minha única reclamação é em relação ao horário do checkin, que é às 15h. Meu casamento era às 16h em um local ao lado e meu noivo foi se arrumar na pousada, eu havia pedido para fazer o checkin antecipado e eles falaram que iriam verificar mas que provavelmente abririam uma exceção, além de não abrirem ainda liberaram o quarto às 15h10. Não é razoável que o checkout sendo às 12h o quarto não seja limpo em menos tempo que isso, pode parecer pouco, mas para uma pessoa que se arruma para o próprio casamento não é.

The place is very beautiful, we found it easily with Waze. The room was Pinot Noir, it was very tidy. They didn't do the decoration requested. But okay, that was the least of it. The restaurant service and food were excellent. Waiters and waitresses, I have nothing to complain about. What left something to be desired was the reception. There was not much friendliness in the service, nor was there any documentation checking between me and the reservation. I only mentioned my name. And also, there was no introduction from the person who welcomed us. Other than that, the place is good, valet, etc.

We arrived at the place calmly using Waze. Very bad reception. We didn't have a presentation of the place. The receptionist just took us to the suite. She didn't need to be friendly, but at least show us around. The suite (Champagne), even though it is one of the most affordable, should be better looked after. It has its highlight in the bathroom. Huge ceilings, good light, amenities, bathrobes, slippers, etc. Difficult shower (cold or scalding). The rest is tolerable. Very old installation, floor creaks when walking and at night I couldn't sleep with the noise of animals walking through the roof lining. TV is not smart. Beautiful pool, but we didn't use it because it was raining that day. The restaurant was good. Follow with another review.

The location everyone already knows is in the middle of the woods. Very cozy. I went for my husband's birthday. We loved it and are trying to go back for an overnight stay on my birthday, but booking is very difficult. There's never a vacancy. The food is wonderful! Haute cuisine restaurant.
