A arrumação do quarto ruim pela camareira que era do andar do quarto que estávamos, agradeço a camareira Vitória que ficou no andar que estávamos no dia 31/12 e dia 0/01/25 e fez a limpeza e troca das toalhas com toda a atenção e carinho que deveria ter tido a camareira anterior, qualidade boa da comida e das piscinas .

O hot Park é ótimo, mas o hotel turismo deixou a desejar, em relação a qualidade na arrumação do quarto, troca de toalhas , limpeza, tínhamos que solicitar várias vezes , se não ficávamos sem o quarto ser arrumado, camareira reclamando por esta perto do seu horário de saída e ainda ter que limpar meu quarto, ainda deixou as camas de solteiro juntas e depois tivemos que pedir para separar novamente, tinham excesso de latinhas e copos plásticos nas beiras das piscinas do parque das fontes. Está muito mais desorganizado, já fui 6 vezes e nunca foi assim. A última vez que estivemos no hotel turismo foi em dezembro de 2016. Agora tinham funcionários pouco solistas, poucos com sorriso no rosto e prestativos. Tanto camareira, como no restaurante, com algumas excessões. Agradeço a camareira Vitória que foi quem ficou no andar que estávamos na véspera do ano novo e no dia 01/01 e fez a limpeza do meu quarto no período da manhã e bem feito. Gostaria que tivesse sido ela todos os dias que estive lá durante a semana que fiquei com minha família. Espero que voltem a ser como eram antes de ser aviva .

Pessimo restaurantes e caros. Demorados, sem qualidade, bagunçados e sujos Não recomendo. Comidas frias, vem tudo separado, copos sujos, talalheres engordurados. Quarto são ok Parques com filas enormes Falta de sombra Ausência de monitores Falta de salão de jogos

O Hotel Turismo é um excelente lugar para descansar com toda família, é a primeira vez que estou hospedada aqui, quartos são muito confortáveis, com excelente estrutura, limpeza impecável feito pela camareira Ana Paula, ficamos muito satisfeito com o serviço dela e sua atenção e carinho conosco, a Atendente de Hotelaria Liliane Costa cuidou muito bem do nosso frigobar e foi muito simpática conosco.
