Great hotel, staff were friendly and loved the ale house bar. One thing that could be improved is the Lift speed, it is painfully slow! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

This hotel is situated within a 10 minute walk into the centre of Ripon. We had evening meal in the hotel on 2 nights with a good choice of dishes. All served by friendly staff who work hard to keep everywhere clean and tidy. Good choice for breakfast too. Rooms nice and comfortable and very clean. Bar area also good for having a drink on an evening. Gardens around hotel well kept with outside seating area. This was our 2nd visit and won't be our last.

Only spent one night here and next time it'll be for longer. Our bedroom was spotless and generous in size ( as was the bathroom) and the bed was super. Tv and coffee making facilities. The bar/dining areas are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in for dinner and I had the half Chicken on harissa spices but tbh it was a bit bland...if it's listed as harissa then give it a good coating..that being said it was cooked well. My wife had the salmon and that was fine. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything you need to start your day. There is also on site parking. It's only a few minutes stroll into town. And finally, all staff were really nice. No hesitation in recommending.

First night my wife had a pasta meal which was frankly inedible due to excessive spacey When we complained we were told you would not charge us for this but in fact you did

Great service from friendly welcoming staff. Lovely clean room with great facilities and views of the grounds. 5minute walk from the centre of Ripon. Highly recommended.

Great location for one night stay in Ripon. Newly refurbished, spacious room with view of gardens. Food and service was ok, but not exceptional.

Lovely brand new hotel in the centre of Ripon. All staff where friendly & pleasant.
A number of room choices but always confirm if a bath is one of your request ! More rooms with shower.
Very clean & nice bar food.
Would visit again.
