hotel impeccabile. receptionist gentilissime e premurose nel dare tutte le informazioni e suggerimenti per sfruttare al meglio il tempo. colazione molto ricca e varia. stanze grandi, comode e molto pulite. OTTIMO hotel e OTTIMO servizio.

Wir sind seit Jahren Gäste im benachbarten Hotel Kristal Palace. Nun haben wir dieses Tonelli- Hotel getestet. Unser renoviertes Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Frühstück war sehr gut. In allen anderen Punkten kann das Hotel mit dem Kristal Palace leider überhaupt nicht mithalten. Die Parksituation ist unzumutbar: Uns wurde ein Parkplatz in der engen, verwinkelten Tiefgarage zugewiesen. Mit einem großen SUV sehr schwierig zum Einparken. Auch der Poolbereich mit der engen Liegefläche ist wenig einladend. Schade! Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Das Garda Suite Hotel ist das vierte Hotel der Familie Tonelli das wir gebucht hatten. Wir sind der Familie seit mehr als 10 Jahren treu und wurden nie enttäuscht. Alles hervorragend. Das/die Zimmer sind hervorragend. Hatten für 2 Nächte ein Zimmer Richtung Arco. Haben dann nach einem Zimmer Richtung See/Pool gefragt, was sofort umgesetzt wurde. Die Suite, die wir zuerst hatten, war super. Da das Wetter leider während unserer Anwesenheit nicht so toll war, wollten wir wenigstens Richtung See ein Zimmer. Hatten dann eine Terasse mit Liegen und konnten ein paar Sonnenstrahlen einfangen. Das Frühstück, was soll ich sagen 🙈Wir waren schon überall auf der Welt unterwegs. Aber, dieses Buffet und die tollen Mitarbeiter, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt ALLES. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind so verantwortungsvoll. Sie kümmern sich um alles. Wir wurden täglich bezüglich dem Abendessen sehr gut beraten. Es wurde für uns reserviert und wir hatten eine tolle,unbeschwerte und sehr schöne Woche im Hotel.

Just back from an excellent 11 nights at the Garda Suites Hotel. The team couldn’t do enough for their guests from the team at breakfast, the gents on the bar and the team on reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a huge array of food for every taste. It was all well presented and fresh as could be. At 5:30pm an excellent array of snacks were available at the bar to enjoy with a pre dinner drink before heading out to Riva for dinner. The hotel is well situated with only a two minute walk down to the shore at the lake. The restaurant’s in Riva are excellent with us having a huge selection but we did enjoy going to two more than once as they were so good. The room was excellent with a comfortable sitting area with two balconies and TV’s. The room was new with a lovely bathroom. Overall an excellent holiday at a great hotel run by passionate staff.

The staff was really great. Helped us with our wishes. Everything was really good. The elevator could be faster but we were on vacation so no hurry. The girl at the register gave us really good restaurant recommenations. Only good words for the hotel and the staff. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choises. The parking is tricky especially at the hotel front, but we got the underground one, so it was more spacious. Thank You once again that You let us get a good vacation.

The best hotel in Riva del Garda! Silvia took care of us right when we arrived until we were leaving. Sumptous breakfast, 5-10mins walk to the beach and about 20-30mins to the old town. I would definitelt stay here again when we're going back to Lake Garda!

Excellent hotel, very good location and superb service. The breakfast was very versitale. The building was just renovated. Easy access to cycling and hiking. Short walk to the city center and to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful.
