Great place and accessible to all main roads and restaurants . Staffs are so helpful and polite.

The location is quite convenient, but the navigation is not easy to locate. I couldn't find the location for the first time with Uber and went to the wrong place. Remember to confirm the navigation. The facilities are relatively old, but they are complete. The breakfast is not very delicious

Convenient transportation, shopping malls around, room environment is OK, breakfast is a little less

The room type is okay, the windows can be opened, the air is good, the hotel is relatively new, some facilities are broken and should be repaired in time. There is no dry and wet separation in the toilet and shower, and slippers get wet easily, which is very troublesome. The service is mediocre, and the sanitation staff often leaks either water, paper towels, or toothpaste. Once the request was made, it was resolved fairly quickly. The surrounding environment is a bit noisy. Construction started at the construction site next door at 6 o'clock in the morning.

The hotel didn't acknowledge the booking from make my trip, we were left with no option but to roam in a foreign country and find hotel. Make my trip gives us an amazing opportunity to roam on the streets of a relatively new place with loads of luggage and baggage. I would recommend all my colleagues and friends to not book anything with your app and instead look for a different one. Thanks make my trip for making our experience one of the most worst experience ever.

Very poor communication. We booked for 2 adult and 3 children a family room but only provided a only king size bed. I had to spend another 900 SAR to book another room. Only Breakfast service was good.
