四家人住的，怎麼説呢，還行吧，就是三樓空調效果不行，一樓還有蟲子，性價比很高，周邊有個小鎮子有點吃的，其他吃的沒有，不太方便

衞生：廁所衞生實在堪憂，洗澡和馬桶一起，沖個澡整個廁所都濕了，有點……
環境：房間是可以的，床和被子都可以，做飯也方便

我是因為去萬寶趕海，才定的這個酒店。
第一感覺是比較偏，幹點什麼不是很方便，沒有市區的繁華，當然安靜是這個酒店的特色，這個要區別看待。
第二是感覺前台服務態度一般，語氣比較嗆，客觀原因天氣比較熱，自己心情也煩躁，聽着不順心。反觀看來，接待我的小姐姐，全身防曬衣遮面，我沒有聽到耐心的解釋，也沒有聽到其他酒店那樣規範的管理。
第三是房間比較好，總體來説床上和衞生間都還是比較乾淨的，樓梯帶點灰塵，提醒後也及時打掃。
建議吧，希望酒店內能有個24小時的超市，客人也便利，買個酒買點吃的也方便。

400塊錢一晚的大床房就這質量也是醉了，前台服務有種愛住不住的擺爛美感。。。本來住了一間第二天一早前台打電話讓換房，説是有人包了一整棟，讓我騰房間，，，自己的工作失誤不光沒有得到一句道歉反而換了一間空調完全不管用的字母房，八月天就白白受熱，前台竟然還有臉讓我們不要動那個小床。。。後來找了維修人員，去了三四趟沒鎚子用，前台也沒反應，還是我提的換房。直到此時依舊沒有得到道歉和補償，領我們換房時我説這次要確保空調電視管用，來旅遊的不是來受罪的，前台臉色立馬變了，把我們領到另一間大床房，同樣規格的房型一分錢沒少花，服務員臉臭的跟我們白*似的。。。我留了個心眼讓她試試電視，果然開不開，就這設施好意思跟顧客擺譜？？？她説找維修，我真無語了，我們住了兩天因為空調和電視，維修人員來了八趟了。。。最後依然沒有道歉和補償，還是我提出的補償，前台臭着臉給我退了70塊錢。。。就這服務和設施好意思給自己標高檔，，牛幣。。。

整體還行吧，外觀有點徽派建築的感覺，整個庭院都有禪茶風格的背景音樂，所以外面看起來不錯，裏面傢俱裝修像歐派➕古風結合體，説不上來有點奇怪，每個小院子都不大一樣，仔細看平時缺乏庭院的打掃，積灰嚴重，室內還算乾淨，但床具用品和洗手間都不太乾淨，還有一些小蟲子光顧你的房間哈哈哈
