I was on a trip. I'm sure I booked a "non-smoking" room, however I had a room that smelled like cigarettes, the entire environment and even the sheets on the bed. It was terrible. PAID TOO MUCH FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I had paid for 2 nights but unfortunately there was a tornado that occurred which causer a power outage so I had to check out early and wouldn’t be able to stay the 2nd night. I asked them if I could get a refund for the night I wouldn’t be staying and they said yes and wrote it down on their book. They gave me their business card to contact them about the refund. 1 week later I had reached out by calling them and emailing them. Their phone line isn’t even connected and they didn’t reply back to my email. I assumed they would refund it as soon as they got their power back but they never did and now I just have to suffer the loss. Please do better

When we checked in our prepaid room I WAS TOLD that we were given a smoking room and I had ordered a non smoking room. Because of that mix-up I was told that it would be a $7.00 additional charge.
Later when we got to the room I was told that the bathroom light switch did not work. The only was to make it work was to keep pressing the on switch. How was I supposed to take a shower and press the on switch at the same time?? Then the water faucet at the sink would only give 2 oz. of water before it shut off. Not practical for sure.....

Bathroom light switch turned off after 30 seconds, no matter which position. Walls are thin, can hear next door neighbor loud conversations/ tv. Area around hotel noisy. Construction around area made finding hotel entrance difficult.

10 appliances out of 2 only receptacles in room. Heater wouldn’t keep room warm. No body there after 9:00 am to return deposit. ******* didnt tell me there would be a deposit. Won’t stay again and don’t plan to use ******* again.
