Environment: The front desk is quite bad, there is often no one around, the security is terrible, there are many entrances that can lead directly to the room

Facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool, but it is not open! !

Sam is not nice, he’s a horrid little man, he was rude to me and I watched him be rude to others! Tina and Karthic were amazing! But he was terrible! This hotel suffers bad reviews at his hand and the owners don’t get it! If reviews are important to them, then why is he still there? He gets off on being rude to people and it’s sad!!

Sam is hateful, short with customers and not nice! He is not going out of his way to help, or be nice! The girl (idk her name) is AMAZING, and helpful, sweet, personable and cares about her customers! The tall guy with the beard (idk his name either) but he is awesome and cares and wants you to enjoy your stay! If Sam was gone this place might get better reviews! If you book with this site you get a room with no microwave or refrigerator, the ice machine is down every other day the guest laundry is not clean and the dryers take forever to dry your clothes. It’s an ok place if you’re passing through for the night but no more!

pool covered with tarp, not in working condition for years. lobby with bullet proof glass over reception area desk & over 20 security camera images give initial perception of unsafe area but had no problems
