I booked a handicap room. The beds were so high that I had to use a chair from the room to help me boost my disabled mother into the bed. For that matter, at 60, I had to use the chair to get into the bed myself. You’d have to take a running jump to get into those beds. Also, I couldn’t get any water in the shower. When I’d turn on the water and adjust the temperature the water would literally stop running before I could turn on the shower. All the front desk could do was tell me that no one was working from the maintenance department. I check out and went next door to the Comfort Inn and Suites where I had an excellent experience. Holiday Inn should be ashamed…. You have absolutely no idea what a handicap room is.

Hotel was convenient to the expressway. Quite, but the bed was too high. Could barely get into it without help.

Was looking forward to the pool but it was closed due to no furniture?!?! So that was a HUGE let down to my kids.

Stayed for a family event close by. The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean. The food was fine. The rates competitive. Overall a good experience. When back in the area would definitely stay there again. Good job to all

Eveything so clean. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were all nice and acomudating. I would highly recommend staying there and I will go back. The breakfast was very nice also.i loved.my stay there and so did my friend. We could not have anything negative to say. No complaints.
