Stayed 3 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary and was impressed from the moment we entered. Front desk and concierge provided polite and incredible service. The rooftop dining - breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had with French press coffee, variety of pastries, fruit, meat/cheese platter with pancakes or omelet service. Our room had a beautiful view and was very spacious. Located near Villa Borghese park (5 min walk) and within 15 mins of city center monuments and shops. Could not have been happier.

The breakfast was very good, Italy was all these breakfast foods, basically very exquisite and delicious. In fact, it is a room and a living room. The room is very practical. It should be an extra bed. I have not asked. The location of the hotel is very good, there are shops and restaurants everywhere, and various public transportation is also very convenient. There seems to be no parking lot, the hotel restaurant seems to be more famous, but did not try. Some rooms are facing the back street, noisy at night, the hot water bottle is placed in the corridor public, no toothbrush is provided! Personally, I am still very satisfied!

The pizza and fried seafood platter near the hotel is worth a bit ~ The hotel room card details are well done and very secure. On the first day of stay, the hotel wrote greeting cards and gave sparkling wine. Booked an art suite, which is available at some of the top hotels ~ Breakfast is simple but adequate. Ps: There is a Western restaurant in Dilla nearby that must be eaten, basically no accident it will become the light of your Roman cuisine.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again.

Cospa is the best. Very convenient right next to the station. Rooms are clean and like a Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was simple but enough. The shower is small but I would like to stay again if I come to Rome next time. (I think there is no inconvenience even for couples)

Stayed September 2023 for 3 days with family of 4 Room: Junior Suite. I give all my credit to professional prompt personnel. Had to rebook our stay for to getting Covid-19 for. Muhammad at front desk was the best help: calm, professional and very prompt. I am very thankful for all his help out stay was great thanks to him! Absolutely gorgeous hotel bathroom especially. Room is elegantly decorated same way the entire hotel is. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and helped with bags. Breakfast was great as well. I did miss my usual smoked salmon though. Madeleine was very friendly and welcoming, taking care of all our needs during breakfast. My daughter doesn’t want scrambled eggs so we asked for freshly made 2 sunny side up eggs and wish was immediately granted! I asked for a plastic cup to take my coffee to go, and Priscilla said “I will make a fresh one for you right away!”. It was very nice of her. Best part: due to working until 3am on computer, O told my family I will be skipping breakfast and sleeping in. How surprised I was when upon my husband and daughter arrival back to the room: the door opened and Priscilla walked in with a tray full of all breakfast items! Hotel does cost quite a bit, but the personnel professional approach is worth it 100%. The only minor issue we had was shower door that wasn’t fully closing that’s why we kept putting towels on the floor. However, everyday housekeeping did excellent job cleaning! Location is center- walk literally to anything important. As a finishing point of our Italian trip we had a romantic evening with drinks (and delicious free snacks to go with it) on the rooftop terrace. Again staff and drinks quality was amazing. Thank you everyone and greetings from Chicago, USA! We will be back.

Terrible experience. The desk workers are rude, dosent even say hi. Dont want to order taxi “it’s difficult”. Noise through the whole stay day&night. Terrible breakfast. Tiny rooms cant even open the case. The toilet doesn’t flush well. Dark and cold. It was a second stay after a short and nice experience, i guess that’s there thing. First time you get a decent room so they can take advantage of you next time (they saw its our second visit). To sum up - we never coming back.

Lao ban n I went to Rome to check in more than 19:00 and asked me to pay 40 euros more. I had already asked me if I would be late to Rome, but when I went to the airport, I replied that I would add money! I originally decided to be the most expensive room in this hotel! When I got there, I couldn't even get the windows! Later, I was looking for Ctrip to communicate and said to upgrade the room, but it would take 20 Euros a day! Ctrip agreed to bear the cost! Although I finally changed the room that was satisfactory, I wasted time in the middle! There are still rooms that are hygienic every day, but the paper towels are used up and not added... The heating can't be used, the air conditioner has no effect...
