Although this hotel has the potential to be great, it was a great delusion.
The location is excellent, but the hotel is on. The first floor and the lift/elevator doesn’t work properly and it’s quite small. So if you are travelling with a big luggage, it’s not the hotel for you.
The room wasn’t big but it made do, the main issue was that it was falling apart. It feels like they’ve put a fresh coat of paint and thought none noticed the cigarettes left by the previous occupants, the broken door on the balcony, the soap provided only for one guest, the bathroom that it’s breaking up, all the plugs that were not inserted, the A/C not working, etc etc.
We will most definitely not be coming back.

Great hotel. Very central and easy access. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is every other night it sounded like someone was walking around with a leaf blower at 3am for 10 minutes straight. But the actual hotel were great.

Posto pulito e accoglienza gentile. Camere piccole, con qualche scomodità (comodino lontano dal letto) e pessima insonorizzazione; la finestra non si chiudeva e le tende non erano oscuranti. Il bagno purtroppo aveva un odore di fogna piuttosto forte. La colazione davvero troppo essenziale e non curata

À 200 euros la nuit, j'attends un minimum. Malgré mes relances, je n'ai pas eu de lits séparés, ayant bien précisé avant mon arrivée par mel et avec confirmation de l'hôtel. Frigo ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fait 28 degré, le chef ne pouvait se déplacer... voilà toute la considération qu'il a pour ses clients. Minimum de confort ce qui n'est pas acceptable au regard du prix. On vous donne la clef et débrouillez vous... À un tel prix, le responsable se doit de vérifier : poignée de la porte non fixée qui tombe à chaque fermeture, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas cela se voit et se sait mais ils ne font rien car ils nous considèrent de passage. Je ne demandais pourtant pas grand chose. Je pense que vous pouvez trouver largement mieux.

Hotel located in a condominium, in an excellent location 10 minutes from all the main attractions. Hotel without major pretensions, where there is no breakfast in the morning. Rooms that were given to us at 11am without any explanation, but very clean and quiet. Very kind reception staff. If you are looking for a base to then wander around and only for one night it's fine. Otherwise, turn elsewhere

Great area, close to Repubblica Metro station, however easily walkable to Trevi etc. Check in was easy, the young lady at the reception explained everything to us. Although we had only one night there, we had all that we needed. Room was clean. And we even were allowed to leave our luggage to take later in the evening. The area has a lot of restaurants close-by, and bars where you can take a drink and just relax. We wouldnt complain about anything, just one tip. When you are searching for the main door, just notice that it is a big palazzo, and the name of the hotel is at the entrance, near the door bell. Just be careful to see it:) otherwise everyting was nice and lovely. WIll recommend it.

Went and stayed here Wednesday and Thursday when our flights were cancelled as a last minute booking, and we loved it. The staff were attentive, friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us and the room was modern, clean and spacious. The air con worked well, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was especially nice! The hallway also had a lovely air freshener so it smelt amazing too. We would absolutely love to go again if we find ourselves back in Rome, would recommend!!
