The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the subway station. The hotel should be newly renovated with a simple style. The breakfast was very rich. I left early on the day I left, and I told the front desk the night before that they had prepared a breakfast box. It was my birthday when I checked in, and the hotel sent cakes in the morning and evening, which was very thoughtful. If I have the chance to return to Rome, I will choose this hotel again.

The room is big and has coffee, which is very convenient And the front desk staff are very nice and help with luggage. The window has two locks There are few sheets and quilts that are relatively thick. The air conditioner is very powerful and it’s especially comfortable in the rain. There are no homeless people near the hotel and it is relatively safe.

The hotel bed sheets had blood stains, which was really disgusting. We were only prepared to send a bottle of red wine to apologize, but it was rejected and nothing happened. We were most concerned about hygiene conditions, so we would rather choose a hotel far away from tourist attractions, but we didn't expect that the bed sheets were not changed, and we stayed for 4 consecutive days. It's really bad!!!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The price was reduced a lot after booking in advance, which was very uncomfortable. The location is excellent, I will choose it next time

Convenient transportation, only a five or six minute walk from Termini, the surrounding area is relatively safe and clean. The room is not big, but it has complete facilities and the soundproofing is OK. The outstanding advantages are the location; free drinking water (most other hotels charge for bottled water or tap water); very good breakfast (the restaurant has a wide variety of breakfasts. If you don't go out at the right time, you can also book a breakfast box at the front desk, which contains fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, etc., which is also very good). The only drawback: the hotel has no elevator, and there is a high step at the door. Although you can wait for the front desk to help you with the luggage, it is slightly inconvenient. Because we have a lot of luggage, we were arranged on the first floor. If you live upstairs, moving the luggage is a problem; the citytax of this hotel is relatively high, about 1.5 euros higher per person per night than the three-star hotel in the city center. Some locals explained that it might be the difference between the qualifications of rent house and hotel, but I'm not sure what the reason is.

Compared to other Italian hotels, this hotel has very nice service staff, not arrogant or indifferent. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, bagel and pancake were delicious, and there were freshly squeezed juices and fresh fruits. I was very nervous because we had a lot of luggage, but when I placed the order, the room showed only more than ten square meters, but when I arrived, I was told that I was upgraded to a large triple room. I was very happy, this room was next to the front desk. The room has a high ceiling and a lot of space, enough for us to put four suitcases. I was a little unhappy when I was told that it was next to the front desk on the first floor, because I never liked the rooms on the first floor. But after entering, I was quite satisfied, thank you. The hotel is very complete, with toothbrushes, disposable slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, soaps, etc., which are not common in ordinary European hotels. I usually don't write reviews, but the service attitude here is in sharp contrast with other Italian hotels, so I am willing to leave my review for you, thank you.

This hotel was amazing and I can’t say enough about the staff. It has been a very long time since we have stayed somewhere that the staff goes the extra mile like the team at Liberty Boutique Hotel. From helping us with our luggage to hand walking is to the laundry services across the street and delivering your room! This is a hotel that we will be talking about for months to come!

Hotels in Rome are really expensive. The rooms are not big, but they have balconies. The best thing is the location. It's very close to the Central Railway Station. It's within walking distance and it's convenient to go to attractions. The service is friendly and there are many restaurants around. Overall good review.
