Terrible experience
Terrible experience at the hotel in Rome. Such bad service with no respect whatsoever to guests. The room was unclean. Sheets and pillows unclean. Reception becomes defensive and yells when complain is made. It felt threatning. We have stayed at this hotel before and it wasn’t a problem. The problem was the personnel of this hotel in Rome.

vétuste ne vaut clairement pas le prix.
accueil chaleureux personnel très sympa et professionnel propre le balcon est sympa,
mais au-delà de cela pour le prix de la nuit c'est très vetuste nécessite un très très gros rafraîchissement de la chambre, impossible de charger nos téléphones mobiles l'intensité des prises électriques n'étant pas suffisante pour des fast chargeurs, le frigo avec les bouteilles d'eau n'est pas rechargé chaque jour.
Mon avis est exigeant mais au prix pratiqué c'est le minimum.
la localisation est dans un quartier plutôt aisé donc peu de bus pas pratique en soirée, exemple nous sommes sortis du concert de zucchero aux thermes de Caracalla aux alentours de minuit il nous a été impossible de rentrer autrement qu'en taxi.
