Left our stay several days early. The fixtures in the bathroom were falling out of the wall, the AC was not working and the shower barley had water coming out of it. When contacting the host about these issues he sent over a maintenance person who saw no issues with anything and did not offer any solutions

Booked and confirmed June 5 2023 for October 2023, 4 nights. Attempted to contact directly through *********** several times throughout summer and got no response, ever -- by phone or email or through ***********. Charged my CC for total cost of about $1300 (US) 2 days before arrival. Enroute from USA, received message on day of arrival that reservation was cancelled. Did not text or leave voice mail, instead emailed. Short layover in Paris before boarding for Rome and did not see the cancellation. Arrive in Rome with no place to stay. Hotel told me it was flooded bathroom. *********** said it was due to "overbooking." I seriously doubt that they assigned one, and only one, room to us going back to June 5. Moreover, when I checked their listed rates for our dates after arriving in Rome, the dates were exorbitant -- in the thousands of dollars. This is all very suspicious and their handling of this issue -- including no effort to find us another accommodation -- suggests inefficiency at best, dishonesty at worst. I recommend finding another reasonable hotel nearby, and there are many. We lucked out in finding one after arrival, it is charming, and the cost is comparable to what we had been charged by Lifestyle Veneto Suite. They knew we were coming from U.S. This is all completely inexcusable and it could well happen to others. Perhaps they retained higher paying customers, perhaps they overbooked, perhaps the bathroom flooded . . .but no explanation was given as to why we, having booked many months in advance, were cancelled without notice.

Me and my partner have just got back from Rome having stayed at Lifestyle Veneto Suite and we could not fault our stay. We was provided with WhatsApp communication with instructions on how to enter the property on arrival, as well as providing us with an Iron upon request with no trouble. The room itself was spotless and tidied everyday during our stay, as well as snacks and water left for us. As for location, popular attractions are within a 30 minute walk or you can walk a short distance and catch a bus to most places you would likely be wishing to visit. I highly recommend this property :)

What is this ? A new way for people to make much money? A hotel (suite as says) in which there is no physical reception but the contact is via the what's up phone application, I saw only a person who cleaned the rooms. This was an unpleasant surprise when i arrived as i have not any advice about it. The building port was open through you mobile and if you loss you phone device or is stolen (in the night fex) what supposed to do ? (this question has been replied by the remote reception in a message that never had this issue before) . The elevator too tiny and old. Α window in the room overlooking a skylight . No much physical light in the room. The room dark. The cleanliness was ok and this was the only some positive to advise. Anyway for me Romans are not too hospitable.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima location per visitare la città, zona Via Veneto molto tranquilla. Camera pulitissima, set di benvenuto utile per farsi un caffè oppure una tisana. Stanza silenziosa. Il proprietario è sempre pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi momento della giornata di persona o via telefono. Consigliato.
